• We value the space and time a clinician needs to plan and reflect on their work and be creative, with a manageable caseload (average of 4 appointments per day.

• We provide supported orientation process, depending on your level of experience.  This may involve shadowing, joint sessions and assessment with another OT, joint planning and shared problem solving.  We will foster your skills and confidence.​
